Welcome to the games and services provided by Beijing Tianfuduo Network Technology Co., Ltd ("Tianfuduo"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our service. By downloading, installing, signing in, or using any Tianfuduo game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Tianfuduo publishes casual mobile games through official channels such as the App Store. You may freely download and use the base game content, and may also choose to purchase in-app items or unlock premium features.
Accounts created via Apple Game Center or Sign in with Apple are subject to Apple's terms. You must be at least the local minimum age required to enter a binding contract on your own (18 years old in mainland China). Minors may use our services only with their guardian's consent.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's official channels. We do not directly handle payments related to in-app purchases.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above rules.
All in-game art, music, code, design documents and text are owned by Tianfuduo or its collaborators and protected by copyright law. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
We may update, maintain, or discontinue our games due to business adjustments. We will give at least 30 days' notice in-game and on this website before any shutdown.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tianfuduo is not liable for service unavailability caused by force majeure, network outages, device failures, or third-party causes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at Tianfuduo's registered address.
